Summer Weights & SAQ

Large Blog ImageThis summer weight training, along with speed and agility (SAQ), will be offered to all Campo Football players starting June 13th.  The program this year combines the two components such that some of each is included in each daily workout.

Monday thru Friday

VARSITY & JV – 10:30am – 12:00pm

INCOMING FRESHMAN – 12:00pm – 1:30pm
